All you need to do is to change the action tag of the HTML form to point to Getform and we will save the submission data and send your customer back to thank you page of your website’s design. From then on it's up to your needs to integrate your form to SendGrid by for example creating a simple lead collection form or newsletter signup form to speed up your workflow.
